Integrated Treatment Solutions

WTBL designs and implements Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) for industrial wastewater with varying loads of COD, BOD, TDS, oil & grease, and process-specific contaminants. For domestic and mixed sources, we deliver Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and combined ETP–STP systems that efficiently handle variable flows while maintaining stable performance. For large developments, our Central STP (CSTP) and Common ETP (CETP) solutions provide scalable, cost-effective treatment for townships, economic zones, and industrial clusters.

Proven Technologies & Processes

Our systems integrate proven physico-chemical, biological, and advanced treatment technologies, including screening and equalization, coagulation–flocculation, DAF, primary/secondary clarification, and biological processes such as ASP, MBBR, and MBR. Where higher water quality is required, we apply UF/RO, filtration, and disinfection to enable reuse for utilities, cooling, and process applications.

Water Treatment & Reuse

WTBL also delivers Water Treatment Plants (WTP) for surface and groundwater sources, producing potable or industrial-grade water based on client requirements. Our designs prioritize water recovery and reuse, reducing freshwater demand and operating costs while supporting sustainability goals.
